Your Role

You’ll be owning core product systems end to end and working directly with the CTO and CEO to shape what we build and how we scale. You won’t be simply handling tickets; you’ll help decide what to ship, why it matters, and how to move fast.

You’ll design and build AI-native product features across backend and frontend, scalable APIs, modern user interfaces, and LLM-powered workflows , that ship quickly and have immediate customer impact. This is a chance to shape the product, the engineering culture, and the company from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building and shipping products in a B2B SaaS startup, ideally within an AI-driven product.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features across the full stack using Python, FastAPI, React, and Next.js
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases
• Experience (with Redis or equivalents) implementing caching, session management, supporting multi-tenant systems and real-time application behavior
• Practical experience with Docker, containerized applications and Git
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals
• Experience with infrastructure automation, environment configuration and secrets management
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Azure is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of web security best practices

What Would Make You Stand Out

• Solid familiarity with LLMs, NLP and experience building agentic AI pipelines
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps is a plus)
• Experience setting up monitoring and logging, and familiarity with cost optimization and observability
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph (or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks)
• Hands-on experience with on-prem deployments, including version packaging, update rollouts, backup & recovery, centralized logging, licensing, networking constraints, and enterprise identity integration.
