The Role

You'll work across our entire stack, building React interfaces for mortgage professionals, developing Node and Python services, and shipping features that directly impact how loans get processed. This is a high-ownership role where you'll see your code in production quickly.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain React-based applications.
• Develop backend services in Node.js and Python
• Work closely with product and design to ship user-facing features
• Collaborate with our development team to improve platform architecture
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional full stack experience
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend experience with Node.js and/or Python
• Comfortable with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML integration or agentic systems
• Fintech or mortgage industry background
• Familiarity with Google Azure
