What This Role Involves

What We Are Looking For

This role is for someone versatile, ambitious, and willing to learn fast. Someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership, and building across different parts of the system.

We are looking for a builder

We care more about evidence than years

, but below is the minimum baseline we believe you need to be effective:

Experience

• 2+ years

  of software development experience

• Hands-on experience with Python

• Experience with at least one JavaScript framework

Additional Plus

• Experience working in a startup environment

• Exposure to AI product

  interfaces or AI-assisted workflows

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools

  effectively (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) is a plus
