Role Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to build the high-performance interfaces and robust back-ends that power our robotic systems. This is not a standard web role; you will develop desktop-integrated applications using Electron, ensuring a seamless bridge between complex robotic controls and intuitive user experiences.

As part of our dual-hub R&D team, you will collaborate with hardware and AI engineers across Hong Kong and Shenzhen to deploy, test, and optimize software that interacts directly with physical automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & Web Integration: Develop and maintain our core platform using Electron, ensuring high-performance execution on local machine environments.
End-to-End Development: Design scalable back-end services and responsive front-end components that visualize real-time robotic data and 3D vision feeds.
DevOps Excellence: Own the CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployment of software to both cloud environments and edge devices.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the Shenzhen R&D team to troubleshoot hardware-software integration and perform real-world testing.

Qualifications

Technical Core

Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
Desktop Applications: Proven experience with Electron for building cross-platform desktop applications is highly desirable.
Front-End Mastery: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
Back-End & API: Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Go) and designing robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Automation & DevOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).

Systems & Data

Database Design: Skilled in schema design and optimization for both Relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
Performance: Ability to optimize web applications for low-latency data visualization—crucial for real-time robotics monitoring.

Requirements & Minds

Mobility: Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen to support R&D cycles and hardware integration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
