Key Responsibilities

● Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using advanced algorithms, hyperparameter tuning, and state-of-the-art training techniques to solve complex business challenges.

● Build AI-driven applications and intelligent tools by integrating ML models, NLP, OCR, computer vision, and chatbot technologies to enhance automation, personalization, and user experience.

● Design and develop backend services using C# / .NET , creating secure, scalable APIs and microservices that integrate AI models into production systems.

● Utilize the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, Azure Form Recognizer, Azure Bot Services, Azure OpenAI) for scalable AI component deployment.

● Work with structured and unstructured datasets through data cleaning, transformation, feature engineering, data augmentation, and OCR-based extraction to create high-quality training datasets.

● Collaborate with business teams, IT, and data science to translate requirements into effective AI/ML solutions aligned with organizational goals.

● Deploy AI models using Azure cloud infrastructure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps best practices to ensure resilience and scalability.

● Build, train, and maintain intelligent chatbots using Azure Bot Framework, NLP/LLM technologies, and conversational AI standards.

● Continuously monitor model performance through tracking, drift analysis, and proactive retraining to maintain long-term precision and reliability.

● Ensure responsible and ethical AI practices through fairness-aware algorithms, bias detection, and adherence to legal and compliance standards.

● Stay current with AI research and trends by reviewing literature, testing emerging tools, and participating in technical communities to drive innovation.

● Prepare clear technical documentation, best practices, training materials, and knowledge-sharing content for internal teams.

● Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

● Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.

● Strong command of ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn .

● Programming proficiency in Python and C# (.NET) for AI development and system integration.
