Catering to industries such as automotive, food, and pharmaceuticals, the platform enables businesses to set up, run, and monitor AI inspection systems without the need for coding. xis.ai supports real-time defect detection, integrates seamlessly with various hardware, and provides easy-to-use dashboards for efficient monitoring and scalability, helping companies improve efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain high-quality standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Full Stack Engineer. The Junior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end and front-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Daily tasks include writing clean, scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, and troubleshooting and debugging issues. Additional responsibilities include contributing to software development projects and working with CSS to maintain consistent styling across applications.

🔧 Core Skills

Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and Python.
Basic understanding of TypeScript and its integration in modern JavaScript projects.
Proficiency in modern frameworks, particularly Next.js (Next 14).
Solid understanding of rendering methods — SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and SST (Server-Side Templates).
Experience using Tailwind CSS to build responsive and modern interfaces.

🧠 Backend Frameworks

Proven experience with Django (preferred).
Working knowledge of FastAPI or Flask is a plus.
Clear understanding of Django’s MVC structure and common development patterns.

🐳 Containerization & Environment

Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments (intermediate level).
Familiarity with Dockerfiles, container orchestration basics, and deployment in Linux-based systems.

🌍 General Expectations

Capable of working effectively across both frontend and backend systems.
Demonstrates project-based, practical experience with the above technologies.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building production-grade applications.
