About Claythis
Claythis is a Bay Area–based GenAI startup building the next generation of 3D and AI creation tools. Our mission is to make complex creative production — from 3D characters to interactive companions — as effortless as typing a prompt.
We have built one of the most advanced pipelines for automatic 3D generation and animation, collaborating with leading game studios and creators. Now, we are expanding into AI companions — human-like digital entities that can talk, feel, and evolve.
Join a small, world-class team backed by top investors and founder from Silicon Valley and Seoul. You will work directly with the founder and shape both product and infrastructure from day one.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the core engineer developing our AI chat companion platform — an intelligent, emotional, and multimodal experience combining LLMs, memory, and real-time 3D rendering.
Build and scale full-stack features for AI companion apps (web and mobile)
Design and integrate conversational AI, persona systems, and emotion engines
Develop APIs and infrastructure to connect LLM logic, audio and 3D assets
Implement user profiles, persistent memory, and dialogue histories
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kubernetes, Redis, or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Familiarity with 3D rendering pipelines (Unity, Three.js, Unreal)
Knowledge of speech synthesis, emotion detection, or AI memory systems
Prior startup or founding-engineer experience
Korean / English bilingual communication
Why Join Us?
