Agentic AI Development: 4 years (Required)
GoHighLevel Workflow Automation: 4 years (Required)
N8N Workflow Development: 2 years (Required)
Voice AI Agent Development: 3 years (Required)

6+ years of hands-on Full-Stack Development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# PHP, or Python)
4 Years of Go High Level (GHL) – workflow automations, building AI solutions.
2 Years of Voice AI Agent development (Synthflow, Twilio Studio, or similar tools)
2 Years of N8N Experience building no code solutions.
Writing and refining prompt templates and conversational logic
CRM and funnel building best practices
Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation platforms
AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, (for use in automations and funnel content)
API integrations, webhook configurations, and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of voice UX best practices
Problem-solving mindset with an eye for automation opportunities
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and self-direct
Designing and building advanced Agentic AI Solutions
Creating Custom Applications That Solve Real World Problems
Designing and building advanced AI & Automation workflows inside Go High Level (GHL)
Creating lead funnels, nurturing sequences, and appointment booking pipelines
Setting up triggers, actions, tags, and campaigns with minimal oversight
Building and deploying Voice AI Agents using Synthflow, GHL, or similar platforms
Integrating Voice AI Agents into funnels and CRM workflows for inbound and outbound calls
Writing and optimizing prompt flows and conversational scripts to simulate natural human interaction
Developing chatbots and AI workflows for improved lead engagement and support
Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing performance of existing systems
Integrating third-party apps using webhooks, APIs, and custom automations
Managing multiple client workspaces and keeping systems clean and scalable
Collaborating with the strategy team to bring funnel and AI concepts to life
Producing documentation and SOPs for the systems you build
(Bonus) Providing 1-on-1 coaching or walkthroughs for clients when needed
