Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative, located in San Francisco, CA. The Front Desk Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and effectively communicating with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
• Exceptional Customer Service and ability to manage Reservations
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in office management software or systems is a plus
• Experience in front desk or customer-facing roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
