Freelance Sales & Business Development Representative
to help us grow our presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic manufacturing hubs.

The Role

Freelance / Independent Contractor
- Commitment:
Part-time (Approx. 10 hours/week to start)
- Schedule:
Fully flexible
- Compensation:
€20 gross per hour
- Location:
Remote (Based in Poland)
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion:
Identify and reach out to new potential B2B customers across Poland’s industrial sectors.
- Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen ties with existing clients via phone and email.
- Solution Selling:
Understand technical customer needs and present our engineering/tooling services effectively.
- Pipeline Management:
Follow up on leads, accelerate the sales cycle, and focus on closing deals.
- Collaboration:
Coordinate with our global sales and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Location:
Based in Poland with a deep understanding of the local industrial/manufacturing market.
