Title: Freelance Production Coordinator - Intimates Industry: Fashion Location: New York, NY Duration: ASAP-4/30/26 Responsibilities * Coordinate information for development of new styles from concept to production through collaboration with internal and external partners. * Partner with Design to translate trends and concepts into executable samples with factories. * Ensure compliance with T&A calendar and milestones, escalating issues as needed. * Manage record-keeping and communication regarding tech packs and sample requests with overseas factories. * Help develop and improve tracking and record-keeping systems Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent * 2-3 years of related experience * Excellent communication and analytical skills, acting as a liaison across departments * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask * Experience with digital PLM systems and Google Drive is preferred Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. ref_id: eb5c76af-d6e1-4ee2-bfb3-d73014c18d8b
