About the Role
RobotLAB is expanding our nationwide franchise network, and we’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Franchise Development Manager to lead our franchise growth efforts. This position plays a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified franchise partners who align with our brand vision and operational standards.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in franchise sales, development strategy, and relationship management. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire franchise recruitment lifecycle — from lead generation and evaluation through signing and onboarding — while partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
This is an in-person position based in our Southlake, TX headquarters. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must currently reside in the DFW area.
