This role is not a traditional consulting engagement. You will act as a subject-matter authority and deal accelerator, ensuring our solutions align with real-world firm workflows while improving close rates and client adoption.

You will work directly with our founder, delivery team, and prospects during high-impact partner discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic partner calls (as needed) to validate operational feasibility and build trust.
• Advise on CAS workflows including:
• Month-end close processes
• Transaction coding / review queues
• Exception handling
• Client reporting & insights packs
• Help define and refine:
• Configuration workbooks
• Workflow templates
• Close-pack standards
• Provide structured feedback on sprint outputs to ensure practitioner-level quality.
• Advise on pricing positioning and value framing for accounting buyers.
• Contribute to domain playbooks and thought leadership where applicable.

This role typically involves 5–15 hours per month, depending on deal flow.

Requirements

• 8+ years in accounting firm operations (CAS, outsourced accounting, or firm leadership).
• Direct experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero environments.
• Experience managing client accounting teams or overseeing workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of realization, utilization, and capacity constraints in accounting firms.
• Comfortable speaking with managing partners and firm leadership.
• Prior exposure to AI or automation initiatives is preferred but not required.
