The Role

Own the product experience for a platform that visualizes the decision graph of humanity . You’ll design interactive tools that let users explore complex simulations, test incentives, and run experiments all through a sleek, fast interface.

Our F/E is React and needs to interface with an API. We need at least 3 years of experience and those interested in Causality and Human Behavior. We are looking for Real Founding Engineers who can work closely with our enterprise customers to build magical UX experiences.

This isn’t just about frontend polish or vibe coding, it’s about helping define a new UX primitive for how people interact with their business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and optimize simulation models, including designing experiments, analyzing results, and improving accuracy, speed, and consistency.

Conduct novel research, implement innovative approaches, and document findings internally while publishing research papers externally.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, and researchers, to integrate, deploy, and maintain solutions.

Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces (React), server-side logic (Node.js, FastAPI), and RESTful APIs.

Manage databases for efficient data storage and retrieval while addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring security compliance.

Implement testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, and manage deployment pipelines to ensure robust applications.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, Python, or similar languages

Experience with frontend and backend frameworks and libraries

Interested in the practical application of artificial intelligence for simulation and modeling, and care deeply about Aaru’s mission to simulate the future at a global scale

Familiarity with database technologies

Capability to flex between different projects across platform development, model research, and other engineering initiatives
