About The Role As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be the driving force behind building Retell AI’s exceptional team, sourcing and attracting top-tier technical talent to shape the future of voice automation. You’ll partner with founders and hiring managers to understand our technical needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This high-impact role combines strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and process optimization, giving you the opportunity to define our talent acquisition strategy and contribute to a category-leading product.
