The Role
We need a dedicated sales leader: part hunter, part closer, part builder. You’ll be both boots on the ground (prospecting, running demos, closing deals) and building our sales machine (processes, playbook, and eventually lead the team). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, can sell into senior decision-makers, and wants to shape the future of a fast-scaling AI company.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close.
Build and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) while handling inbound.
- Close mid- to large-ticket B2B SaaS deals (€20k–€200k+).
- Partner with the CEO to define ICP, refine messaging, and sharpen GTM strategy.
- Capture structured market feedback to guide product development.
- Lay the foundation for our future sales team: process, automation, and hiring.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment.
- Track record of closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills (hunter mindset).
- Consultative, structured approach to discovery and solution mapping.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup: resourceful, adaptable, execution-driven.
- Bonus: experience with sales automation (Make, Zapier, N8N).
