About the Role
Nailing the right product shape is incredibly important and something we think a lot about. For the first time, software is now non-deterministic, has human-level intelligence, and can get better as you use it. How users teach and interact with agents is probably going to be different than with other software, and is still very much an open question. In our space (and in many others), we believe that the winner will be determined by (1) choosing the right segment of the market, (2) building the best underlying intelligence, and (3) nailing the right product around that intelligence.
As our
Founding Product Manager
, you will own the latter.
This is an incredibly important and uniquely high-ownership role to help shape AI agents in production
for some of the largest companies out there, powering one of the most important functions of their business (making revenue!).
What You’ll Do
Who You Are
- 3+ years of PM experience at a product-driven tech company where owned significant product surface area and saw (& helped shape) what great looks like
- A track record of shipping high-impact products, especially in 0 →1 settings
- Deep user empathy; you love building things that make users successful
- Extremely first-principles, rigorous, and a great communicator
- Obsessed with finding simple, elegant solutions
- You move fast, take initiative, and love turning chaos into clarity
Nice to Haves
- Prior experience as a founder or in an early-stage, high-growth startup
- Demonstrated interest & experience in pushing the boundaries with LLMs / AI agents (tell us about something cool you’ve worked on!)
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar

The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $150,000 - $205,000.
