The Role We're looking for a Founding Product Manager to own agent development - the core of what Strada does. You'll work at the intersection of customer operations, AI capabilities, and product strategy to define and ship the agents that run real insurance workflows at scale.
This isn't a traditional PM role. You'll be hands-on: leading customer calls, designing workflow evals, optimizing prompts, and working directly with engineers to ship. You'll own the full product lifecycle - from identifying what to build to defining success after it's live.
As a founding team member, you'll have direct influence over the product roadmap and how Strada goes to market with AI agents.
