About the company
Minimist is an award-winning AI startup on a mission to make secondhand the default choice. We are helping large second-hand sellers automate pricing and listing items (imagine the Red Cross wanting to put 100k items onto eBay/Depop).
We want to remove the digitalisation bottleneck preventing the circular economy from scaling, and our goal is to eliminate 100m tons of CO2e by 2035, using our neat mobile app that combines unique product identification tech with crosslisting functionality (instant listing on eBay, Depop etc).
To achieve our impact goals, we raised a pre-seed round from angel investors as well as a large impact fund.

Key responsibilities
We are looking for a new team member who will:
- work closely with the customers to improve our Flutter mobile app
- ensure the reliability of our app through high unit test coverage, e2e testing, reliable CI/CD pipelines
- manage its own army of Claude / Codex agents to deliver improvements fast, while relying on a solid safety net of unit and integration tests
- implement verticals (end to end features) that potentially touch upon multiple layers in the tech stack
- participate in an on-call rotation where you take responsibility for answering to user feedback (during working hours)
Who are you
This role would be a great fit for you if you:
- like working close to the end customers and are willing to travel in the EU and UK to meet them
- can work independently and bring features from raw customer input to production code
- are analytical and have a solution oriented mindset
- acquired 3+ years of experience with Dart (Flutter), and proven expertise in Node and Python
- Have a desire to learn about our whole technical stack

We are primarily interested in people located in Romania, Austria, UK and Ireland
No matter what your home base is, this role will require for you to travel between these locations.
