The Role
This is a founding operator role . We are hiring one person only . The bar is high.
This is not a traditional operations role. There is no fixed scope. You will work directly with the CEO and CPO to increase the output of the company - across anything required to make the machine run faster.
This role is about doing things that don’t scale . We’re looking for someone who is execution-first
You Should Be Comfortable
Over time, you’ll improve and systemise what works — but only after you understand it deeply.
