About The Role Hey there! Ishaan here 👋 I lead GTM Engineering at Conversion. At most organizations, GTME feels like a siloed function. You’re either working on just outbound or just revenue operations. At Conversion, GTME encompasses a breadth of functions, where everyday looks different. You’ll operate with complete autonomy and be responsible for building the infrastructure that pushes us into our next phase of growth.
This role requires a strong mix of GTM, data, and creative fluency. Some days you’ll be creating large scale data pipelines while other days you’ll be working on creative solutions to generate top-of-funnel leads. We operate a heavy enterprise motion, which means data and personalization are critical to our GTM motion. We’re looking for a world-class generalist who loves nerding out on new technologies, tweaking outbound copy, and building complex internal data systems.
