Your impact We're looking for a Founding Growth Lead who is equally hands-on in driving the market expansion and accelerating adoption across the developer ecosystem. This is a critical, cross-functional role that will own the entire growth funnel, from developer awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention. You will be the architect of a technical growth engine, integrating product, engineering, and marketing to drive sustained developer adoption, accelerate activation and retention, and translate product adoption into revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Define and build the growth function from the ground up, establishing the technical infrastructure, frameworks, and repeatable processes that will scale
• Develop and execute strategies to create, engage, and grow our audience across marketing channels (Google, Linkedin, Meta, Reddit, X, etc.) and all possible developer touchpoints

What You’ll Bring

• Former founder or seasoned growth leader with experience scaling early-stage, high-growth companies
• Strong product or engineering background with technical fluency, able to design and implement technically driven growth systems

Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
