Hiro is building the field sales operating system for the future of peace of mind, safety, and business protection.
Our mission is simple: help independent business owners remove themselves from the stress, danger, and operational burden of theft, violence, and day-to-day security incidents.
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for the first field revenue operator who will help us prove, refine, and scale a repeatable territory-based sales engine that can eventually support 100+ field sales professionals nationwide.
The person who succeeds in this role will have a clear path to become VP of Field Revenue as Hiro scales.
The Opportunity
As Hiro’s Founding Field Revenue Operator , you will do far more than close deals.
You will help architect the playbook, territory logic, customer psychology framework, and follow-up systems that every future Hiro field rep will use.
