Job Description
We’re building bleeding-edge AI agents that interact with tens of thousands of people per month and are scaling fast toward hundreds of thousands. We recently raised a pre-seed round from great backers and we’re moving faster than frameworks can keep up.
We’re looking for a top 1% engineer to join as our second hire. You’ll work side-by-side with the founders, Carlos (ex-Amazon) and Guillermo (aerospace engineer turned builder), on some of the toughest and most rewarding problems we’ve ever touched.
Responsibilities
- Experimenting with and shipping:
- ⚙️ Prompt composition & multi-agent orchestration
- 🧠 Time-sensitive context windows
- 🧪 Real-time evaluations and experiments
- 🛠️ Anything else that moves the needle

Work Environment
- We move very fast and push code late if it matters. Velocity is survival.
- We bias toward synchronous communication, short feedback loops, and being online together. This is not an asynchronous, chill environment.
- We operate with ownership and chaos. There is no specification. You’ll talk to customers one minute and refactor agents the next.
- We’re not building a dev shop; we’re building a product that people love, which sometimes means going above and beyond.
Qualifications
You might be a fit if you:
- Have strong fundamentals and can ship great code quickly.
- Are curious about language models, agent architectures, and how people actually use them.
- Can zoom in and out — build features, write infrastructure, and jump on a call with a user.
- Thrive in high-context, fast-paced environments (startups, side projects, solo hacking, etc.).
