What You’ll Work On
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Olto, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications, for Olto’s Demo Automation platform and an ambitious roadmap of tools for sales and marketing teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while contributing to code reviews to ensure code quality and shared learning.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, working closely with other engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs, pilot proposed solutions, and encourage the adoption of new tools and frameworks.
- Stay curious and proactive in learning new technologies and best practices to improve the development process continually.
- Partner closely with founders and GTM teams to understand customer pain points and deliver solutions to address them
What You’ll Bring
- Deep understanding and a background working with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong fundamentals and practical understanding of backend technologies like Node.js, Express, and NextJs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Customer-centric problem-solving with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to work collaboratively with teammates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Experience in Machine Learning/AI is a plus, but not a hard requirement
