About AMT
AMT is building the Autonomous Marketing Team for modern consumer brands. We help brands scale creator partnerships end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, contracting, content tracking, and performance — using AI-native workflows that replace slow, manual influencer marketing ops.
We work with fast-growing DTC and e-commerce brands and are building the system of record for creator partnerships. We’re early, ambitious, well-funded (>$5m raised) and shipping fast.
This is a rare opportunity to join as our first sales hire and help define how revenue is built at AMT.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to own revenue from first conversation to closed deal — and to help design the sales motion from the ground up.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role . You’ll sell directly to founders, CMOs, and heads of growth at e-commerce and consumer brands, closing annual contracts and helping customers operationalize creator marketing at scale.
You won’t just be closing deals — you’ll be shaping:

Own the full sales cycle
– Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close — from first touch to signed contract.
Sell to senior buyers and close meaningful ACV deals – Work directly with founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth, and Partnerships leaders at consumer brands. This requires strong discovery, business acumen, and executive presence.
Build and manage pipeline from scratch – Drive outbound and inbound opportunities across email, LinkedIn, referrals, and founder networks. You’ll help define what “good pipeline” looks like at AMT.
Shape the product and positioning – Bring customer feedback straight into product and strategy discussions. Your learnings will directly influence what we build next.
Create repeatable sales motion – Help turn founder-led selling into a documented, scalable process — messaging, qualification, objections, pricing, and handover.
Grow with the company – As AMT scales, this role can grow into Senior AE, Sales Lead, or Head of Sales.
