🚀 Founding AE Mindsmith is a venture-backed, high-growth startup helping corporate learning teams. We're the first AI-native elearning authoring tool (platform for creating custom elearning content). We are experiencing rapid growth (~15% MoM) doing exclusively founder sales. We're looking for a proactive Account Executive to help us keep the pace and continue to grow like crazy.
🌟 About Mindsmith Mindsmith accelerates the creation of custom eLearning content using top AI models. Typically, creating one hour of eLearning content takes 200 hours. With Mindsmith, teams are finding 2-20x efficiency gains. Our vision goes beyond content creation; we are building the foundational AI infrastructure for all eLearning.
🎯 What You'll Do Your mission will be to source and close new deals:
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting → demo → negotiation → close.
Help us professionalize our sales process (CRM hygiene, pipeline review cadence, etc). You'll also help create the “sales culture” at Mindsmith: establish early norms for responsiveness, professionalism, and creativity.
Capture insights from prospects and share them with product and leadership and provide feedback on pricing, packaging, and messaging based on your conversations.
Work closely with marketing, customer success and product teams.
