Haber is hiring a Founder’s Office Analyst to work directly with the founders on strategy, execution, and fixing gaps in a fast-scaling startup .

This is not a role for people looking for structured hand-holding, fixed playbooks, or narrow job descriptions. The role suits someone who:

• Enjoys ambiguity and chaos
• Can spot what’s broken or missing and fix it
• Can move from thinking → execution quickly
• Is comfortable operating with high ownership and low supervision

What you’ll do

• Drive execution of founder-priority projects across teams
• Identify gaps in current processes, metrics, and communication and help close them
• Break vague problems into clear action plans and outcomes
• Track progress, unblock teams, and ensure follow-through
• Support strategic decision-making through structured thinking and analysis

Who should apply

• Tier 1 MBA graduates only (IIM ABC / ISB / XLRI / SPJIMR / similar)
• Immediate to 30-day joiners only
• 1–2 years in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Consulting, or high-ownership startup roles
• Strong written thinking — you can explain why and how , not just what
• Comfortable working in imperfect systems
