New This Week
If you've ever looked at a business and thought "they're leaving money on the table because they can't see the pattern" we should talk.
If you're applying because "internship at an AI company" sounds good on a CV close this tab. Do both of us a favor.
This is not a resume filler. It's a seat inside the founder's office of one of India's most ambitious AI-native startups.
Stipend: ₹20,000/month
Duration : 3 months (Duration)
Location : Delhi (Remote/Hybrid)
Where we're playing
Media is being rewritten in real time.
The people who used to run agencies, studios, production houses they're being out-shipped by tiny teams using AI. The next generation of brand films, content IPs, and digital franchises will not be made the way the last one was. Some of them won't even be recognized as "made" they'll be generated, iterated, and shipped at a speed legacy media literally cannot match.
We're at the front of that shift.
Glido Labs is an AI-first media company. We make hyper-realistic AI campaigns for brands UGC, talking heads, cinematic shorts that don't look like AI made them. And we're building our own content IPs original universes, formats, characters designed from day one for an AI-native production stack.
We're not "experimenting with AI." AI is the stack. Every shot, every story, every workflow built differently from how legacy media is built. Some of what we're working on hasn't been seen anywhere yet.
What "Founder's Office" actually means here
It means you sit where decisions are made. Not where they get communicated three days later.
You'll see the full picture revenue, product, partnerships, content, ops and your job is to connect dots nobody else is connecting. Some weeks that means building a go-to-market plan. Other weeks it means figuring out why a funnel is leaking, or researching a new vertical we should enter, or stress-testing a pricing model.
There is no fixed JD. The JD is: "What does the founder need figured out this week?" That's it.
How we actually work
Lean. Tiny team. No layers. No middle managers. Everyone ships.
Chill on vibe, unhinged on quality. No hierarchy, no politics. Just one question on every piece: "Is this the best version of this? No? Redo it."
No SOPs. We hate process for process's sake. If something needs structure, we build it. Otherwise we move.
Real work, not theatre. Nobody here does fake work. There is no "intern project" that ends in a Google Doc nobody reads. What you build, ships.
The one non-negotiable: You think AI-first about everything
This is the brand. This is the ethos. This is what makes Glido, Glido.
We don't treat AI as a tool we occasionally pull out. AI is the lens we look at everything through.
Every problem, every workflow, every decision the first question we ask is: "Could an agent do this? Could a model do this? Is there a way to remove a human from this loop entirely and make the output better, faster, weirder, more interesting?"
If your default mode is "how would a person solve this?" you will be allergic to working here. If your default mode is "how would an AI-native team solve this in a way a traditional team simply cannot?" you already think like us.
This isn't about loving AI tools. It's a worldview. You either have it or you don't. This one's not optional. Everything else on this page is teachable. This isn't.
Why We're Hiring & What You'll Actually Do
Work directly from the founder's office on the calls where strategy is shaped, not the meetings after where it gets communicated.
Who We're Looking For
What You're NOT
Not a social media manager this role is upstream of content. You decide what gets made and why.
Not an analyst who makes pretty slides we need someone who turns analysis into action.
Not someone who needs structure to start you build the structure.
Not someone collecting internships this is the only one you'll want.
If you need a manager checking in daily we don't micromanage.
What You Walk Away With
A seat inside the founder's office of one of India's most ambitious AI-native startups you see how strategy, revenue, product, and partnerships actually work. Not the LinkedIn version.
Strategic muscle that takes most people 5+ years to develop you'll build it in 6 months because you're working on real problems with real stakes.
The ability to think across domains content × product × revenue × ops. The rarest and most valuable skill in startups.
A network of AI-native operators, creators, and founders you'll meet through our work.
A reference from us that will matter for the rest of your career assuming you crush it.
Own strategic research end-to-end new markets, competitor landscapes, partnership opportunities, content verticals. You bring the thesis, not just the data.
Build and stress-test business models pricing, unit economics, go-to-market plans. Not as academic exercises, but as things we actually ship on Monday.
Decode what's working and what's not across content, product, and growth. Connect dots between metrics that most people look at in isolation.
Co-author the company's strategic playbook you don't execute someone else's plan here. You help decide what we do next and why.
Shape new revenue streams identify monetization gaps, build the case, pitch it internally, and if it's good enough, run it.
Be the founder's thinking partner the person who pushes back with data, brings the angle nobody saw, and turns a vague idea into a sharp plan.
You think in systems you see how content, product, revenue, and brand connect. Not just one piece in isolation.
You're obsessively curious you've gone down rabbit holes on business models, market trends, or creator economies just because you wanted to understand how they work.
You can build a case not a deck full of fluff, but a sharp argument backed by real data and clear logic. The kind that makes someone say 'let's do this.'
You follow what's happening in AI, media, and startups not casually, but with the intensity of someone who wants to be in the room where it happens.
You don't need a brief to start you bring the angles. Nobody's going to tell you what to research on a Tuesday you'll be telling us.
You take real ownership if it fails, it's on you. If it works, you own that too.
You're allergic to fake work spreadsheet-fillers, status-meeting people, slide-polishers. That's not us.
Your ambition is not entry-level you already know this is the kind of work you want to be doing for the next decade.
