Zenopsys is an AI-native platform automating regulatory dossier authoring, review, and submission for pharma and life sciences companies. We help biotech and pharma teams compress months of documentation work into days and help launch their products faster into the market

What this role actually is

You'll own real workstreams across marketing, BD, sales, implementation, and product strategy — often in the same week. We're a small team building a category-defining product in a highly regulated, high-stakes domain.

This isn't a structured rotational program with a defined scope, this is an opportunity to see how an AI startup actually goes to market and be in the room where decisions get made.

What you'll do

You'll work directly with the founder on whatever is most urgent that week. Concretely, expect to spend time on:

• GTM and BD: Researching and qualifying target accounts, drafting persona-specific outbound, running discovery calls, and managing pipeline hygiene.
• Marketing: Producing thought leadership content for LinkedIn, refining sales deck narratives and website messaging, building case studies from customer wins
• Sales support: Preparing customer-facing materials, structuring proposals, and joining sales calls to take notes and follow up.

Who we're looking for

You're a strong fit if you check most of these:

• Currently pursuing an MBA (any year) at a top program, or have 2–4 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Consulting, Sales, or early-stage startup BD/strategy role.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. You're the kind of person who, when handed a vague problem, comes back with a structured first draft rather than asking for more direction.
• Strong written communication. A lot of this job is writing — outbound emails, proposals, internal memos, LinkedIn posts. Sloppy writing is disqualifying.
• Genuinely curious about life sciences.

Bonus, not required:

• Prior exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or regulated SaaS.
