About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Founder’s Associate intern to work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and execution-heavy initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and has exceptional communication and presentation skills. You will act as the Founder’s right hand, helping streamline decision-making, prepare high-impact presentations, manage projects, and ensure smooth execution across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Business Support
- Assist the Founder in planning, research, and execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, investor decks, and internal documents.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Communication & Coordination
- Draft professional emails, proposals, internal notes, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain action trackers, and summarise discussion outcomes.
- Operational Excellence
- Follow up on day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Support hiring activities, documentation, and execution of company processes where needed.
- Presentation & Documentation
- Create visually appealing and structured PPTs, reports, and documents for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Hands On Experience in MS-Excel, MS-Word
- Translate technical concepts into simple, clear, and business-friendly formats.
- Founder Enablement
- Prioritise tasks, manage calendars, and ensure the Founder’s bandwidth is optimised.
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and independently drive follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in MS PowerPoint: ability to create professional, crisp, and compelling presentations.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Technical background—graduate in engineering/IT or equivalent.
Good to Have
- Experience in working with founders, CXOs, or leadership teams.
- Exposure to startups, consulting, product, or business operations roles.
- Knowledge of Excel, documentation tools, and project management tools.
