The Role

This is a generalist, high-trust role for someone who wants to learn how to build a startup from the inside

. You’ll work directly with our solo founder as her right hand — switching between strategic and operational projects every week.

You’ll help drive partnerships, coordinate projects, manage investor processes, and solve problems as they appear. If you’re the kind of person who loves variety, learning fast, and seeing your work have visible impact — you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive special projects — from grant delivery to product launches.
• Help manage TUBR’s partnerships with major POS and platform partners.
• Coordinate investor communications, fundraising materials, and grant reports.
• Build simple systems and workflows that help us move faster and stay aligned.
• Jump in wherever needed — operations, marketing, product, or culture-building.

You’ll Succeed If You...

• Have 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a fast-moving environment
• Are a confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Love figuring things out without a playbook
• Are detail-oriented but not afraid to experiment and move fast
• Enjoy working directly with a founder and seeing how everything fits together

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience with low-code tools like Airtable, Notion, or Zapier
• Experience in startups, tech, or hospitality/POS platforms
• Curiosity about predictive analytics or data-driven business
