Cancilico
is a Dresden-based health-tech company developing AI-driven diagnostic tools for laboratories and clinics. Following our latest financing round, we are scaling our operations and looking for a Founders’ Associate
to work directly with the leadership team on both strategic and day-to-day tasks.
The Role
This is a generalist position designed to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will act as a primary point of contact for the founders, handling everything from investor relations and business communication to office operations and financial administration.
The role requires a high degree of hands-on work. You will play an essential part in managing the organizational overhead of a growing startup, requiring you to switch frequently between analytical tasks, project coordination, and administrative duties.
