Founders' Associate Intern
to work directly with founders and help us scale go-to-market.
Your Role
As a Founders' Associate Intern at Dexter, you’ll work side-by-side with the founders on the most critical part of an early-stage startup:
finding, winning, and learning from customers
.
This is not a routine internship with boring manual tasks. You’ll help shape how we identify target customers, test messaging, run outbound experiments, and turn early traction into repeatable growth. If you’re curious, analytical, and excited about building a real business, this role is for you.
Key Facts
- Start: Feb 2026
- Duration: minimum 5 months (please do not apply if you are available less than 5 months)
- Location: Berlin, in-office at least 4 days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and analyze promising customer segments and use cases.
- Build and iterate on outbound sales and lead-generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn).
- Research and evaluate conferences, events, and partnerships that could unlock new demand.
- Experiment with growth ideas to accelerate Dexter’s expansion.
- Help create sales materials, decks, and reporting to turn insights into action.
- Work directly with founders on ad-hoc strategic projects as the company scales.
Who We’re Looking for
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- You have at least two years of university education and are eager to gain hands-on experience in business building.
- You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- You enjoy working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with prospects via email and LinkedIn.
- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are excited about building something from the ground up.
- You are fluent in English and German.
