What We Do Merantix Momentum, part of the Merantix Group, is a Berlin-based AI startup focusing on accelerating AI adoption across many industries through B2B solutions as well as Publicly Funded Research Projects. We work across several domains including manufacturing, public sector, healthcare and many more, and transform businesses as an external machine learning department using our core expertise in state-of-the-art machine learning combined with our culture of rapid iterations to build scalable solutions.

Your role The central mission of this role is to support the leadership team, helping them as a dynamic problem solver across a wide breadth of activities and strategic projects. You will report directly to the CFO while also working closely with the CEO and CTO. If the prospect of wearing many hats in a dynamic environment excites you and you want to play an instrumental role in helping us build and scale efficient ML solutions, you are in the right place!

These will be your main responsibilities:

• Assist with engagements, public appearances and thought leadership; research, ideate and develop content for presentations (Google Slides, pitch.com, etc), articles, and additional formats
• Contribute to strategic projects; conduct initial research, diligence and analysis on exploratory topics and advancing strategic initiatives across the organization
• Take ownership of process optimisation: evaluate and introduce new tools, automate workflows, and set up simple, scalable processes.
• Act as a versatile problem solver for the leadership team, filling gaps where extra bandwidth is needed.

• First experience in business operations, strategy, startups, AI, and/or other relevant fields
• Familiarity with German (enough to proof-read content)
• A knack for automating and streamlining processes and workflows
• Basic experience with data tools (Looker, Google Sheets/Excel, SQL), process automation solutions, and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity,...)
