About the role

This is an internship that works directly with the founders. You'll help Loris and Simone manage the day-to-day work that keeps the company moving: sales pipeline, marketing, content, and the tools that hold it all together.

Everything will be taught directly by us, with our methods and our way of working. What we're looking for is someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow into real responsibility over time. There's room to shape this role into something bigger.

The core of what you'll do:

1. Keep the sales CRM up to date and manage follow-ups across the team.
2. Keep the product roadmap up to date and organized.
3. Run the company website alongside Loris.
4. Manage Brevo for email marketing and automations with Simone.
5. Create blog posts and content together with both.

What we're looking for

1. Ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
2. Clear communication. You write and speak well, in Italian and English. You're comfortable talking to people directly.
3. Hungry to learn. You want to understand how a startup works from the inside and take on more responsibility over time.

Compensation

This is a paid internship (€600/month).
