Make Enterprise Customers Love You – Partner with sales to close deals and deliver outstanding outcomes for our largest customers. You'll embed with their teams, build integrations, and ensure a smooth path to production with our platform.
Design Scenarios That Push the Limits – Create real-world and edge-case conversations that challenge conversational agents across diverse workflows. Your scenarios will uncover bugs, blind spots, and improve reliability.
Establish Enterprise Observability – Guide customers in planning and implementing robust observability frameworks, including defining key performance metrics, guiding through dashboards, and configuring useful alerts to monitor agent health and business impact.
Drive the Product to Be More Valuable – Help prioritize features and shape the roadmap based on hands-on customer needs.
