Why Atrix
Medical affairs teams at pharma companies are drowning in unstructured data—MSL field notes, conference insights, post-market evidence, and real-world studies scattered across dozens of systems. By the time insights reach clinicians, they’re often stale or lost entirely.
Atrix changes that.
We help medical affairs teams extract signal from messy, unstructured sources and turn it into reliable, actionable insights—so emerging evidence reaches clinicians faster and therapies are delivered more effectively. We work with top-20 pharma companies and consistently win head-to-head against much larger competitors because we listen deeply to customers and build what they actually need.
Who We Are
Atrix is a small, senior team with backgrounds at Google, a16z, Plaid, and Kickstarter. We’re seed-stage, NYC-based, and work onsite. Everyone here has built and scaled products before—and everyone is hands-on.
The Role
Forward Deployed Engineers at Atrix sit at the intersection of engineering, implementation, and customer value. You’ll work directly with enterprise pharma and biotech customers to translate complex, real-world scientific workflows into structured, AI-powered systems that deliver trustworthy insights.
Because Atrix supports high-stakes decisions—clinical evidence assessment, safety monitoring, and real-world data interpretation, this role is central to our mission. You’ll ensure customers achieve value quickly, reliably, and repeatedly, while shaping how our product evolves in production.
This is a highly ownership-driven role with direct impact on customer outcomes and product direction.
