Our AI agents are already handling 30,000+ conversations per month for large customers like Glovo and Impress and we are backed by leading European investors. This is a unique opportunity to join early and shape the company from day 1.

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who lives at the intersection of customer empathy and technical depth. You'll ship code and sit across from midsized and enterprise customers.

What you'll own:

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers end-to-end
• Build integrations, custom tooling, and MVPs that unlock customer value fast
• Design and tune AI/LLM workflows, prompts, flows, transcription, voice, to nail specific use cases
• Investigate and resolve AI performance issues, working directly with production databases
• Identify patterns across customers and feed them back into the product
• Manage APIs and third-party integrations with precision

You're the right fit if:

• You have strong full-stack fundamentals: TypeScript, Node.js, Svelte
• You've shipped AI/LLM-powered products and understand what makes them work (and fail)
• You use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) as a core part of how you build — not as an afterthought
• You can walk into a room with a non-technical stakeholder and earn their trust quickly
• You're comfortable working with data — SQL, querying databases, debugging data issues in production
• You thrive in ambiguity and don't wait for a spec to start moving
