We are Leaping AI (YC W25), a leading voice AI company based in San Francisco and Europe. In the last couple of months, we have grown rapidly in the home improvement vertical. We are signing up new customers rapidly and are hiring for a forward deployed engineer that can help us to onboard new home improvement clients and make them successful.
This will be a high responsibility role and you will ultimately own customer success for the customers you manage. Frequent travel is to be expected (approximately twice a month within the US - most of our customers sit on the East Coast).
