We’re hiring a  Business Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)  to sit right at the edge of customers, product, and AI execution. This role is about  owning first value : taking a customer from  “can this work for us?”  to  “this is live and critical to our business”  - fast.

You’ll be the person customers trust to design, build, test, deploy, and iterate Voice AI agents end-to-end. High ownership, high context, high impact.

Our team is composed of IIT alums having worked at Bain, Atlassian, Zomato and are backed by top investors.

Responsibilities:

A. Own customer POCs end-to-end:

• Be the first point of contact for new customers running pilots and POCs
• Understand their real workflows, constraints, data, and edge cases
• Translate vague business needs into concrete Voice AI agents that actually work in production

B. Build Voice AI agents from scratch:

• Design conversation flows, prompts, guardrails, and fallback logic
• Configure voices, languages, transcribers, interruption handling, and integrations
• Iterate rapidly based on real call data, failures, and user feedback

C. Ship fast, in production:

• Launch MVP agents in days, not weeks
• Test live calls, monitor outcomes, debug failures, and refine behavior
• Move customers from pilot → rollout → expansion by proving ROI

D. Work directly with customers:

• Take customer calls, run live demos, and guide them through deployments
• Clearly explain AI behaviour, limitations, and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
• Build trust by being hands-on, responsive, and outcome-driven

E. Close the loop with product & engineering

• Identify patterns across POCs and feed them upstream into reusable product features
• Help define what should become platformized vs. custom
• Improve reliability, observability, and deployment workflows based on real usage

Qualifications:

LLM & prompting intuition : Designs, iterates, and debugs real-world AI conversations

Customer-facing confidence : Leads live calls, pilots, and expectation-setting

Technical product fluency : Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and failure modes

Pressure-tested delivery : Manages multiple pilots while maintaining speed and quality
