We’re looking for a proactive and highly skilled Lead Flutter Developer to join our team full-time. As a Lead Developer, you’ll guide the mobile development team, shape the architecture, and deliver a top-tier app experience for Backgammon lovers around the world.

- 🔧 Responsibilities:
- Define the technical vision and architecture for our mobile app.
- Build and maintain the Backgammon Galaxy App using Flutter for iOS and Android.
- Own the entire mobile development lifecycle — from concept to deployment and beyond.
- Maintain a single, scalable codebase with high-quality documentation.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure stability and performance.
- Work closely with designers and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Embrace automation and declarative development practices to reduce manual work.
- Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and propose improvements.
✅ Required Skills & QualificationsMSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading a mobile dev team with successful deliveries.
- Strong Flutter and Dart expertise.
- Demonstrated experience with publishing Flutter apps to both iOS and Android stores.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX and mobile app architecture.
- Experience with:
- Authentication systems (OAuth2, etc.)
- WebViews and secure web content integration
⭐ Preferred QualificationsExperience working in start-up environments.
- Background in game development or a strong interest in gaming platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS for occasional collaboration with the web team.
- Strong grasp of Android and iOS ecosystems.
