We’re looking for a proactive and highly skilled Lead Flutter Developer to join our team full-time. As a Lead Developer, you’ll guide the mobile development team, shape the architecture, and deliver a top-tier app experience for Backgammon lovers around the world.

• 🔧 Responsibilities:
• Define the technical vision and architecture for our mobile app.
• Build and maintain the Backgammon Galaxy App using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Own the entire mobile development lifecycle — from concept to deployment and beyond.
• Maintain a single, scalable codebase with high-quality documentation.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure stability and performance.
• Work closely with designers and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Embrace automation and declarative development practices to reduce manual work.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and propose improvements.

✅ Required Skills & QualificationsMSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience leading a mobile dev team with successful deliveries.
• Strong Flutter and Dart expertise.
• Demonstrated experience with publishing Flutter apps to both iOS and Android stores.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX and mobile app architecture.
• Experience with:
• Authentication systems (OAuth2, etc.)
• WebViews and secure web content integration

⭐ Preferred QualificationsExperience working in start-up environments.

• Background in game development or a strong interest in gaming platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS for occasional collaboration with the web team.
• Strong grasp of Android and iOS ecosystems.
