About the Role:

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer passionate about building Windows desktop applications that are sleek, efficient, and user‑friendly. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers and developers to bring UI/UX concepts to life, optimize large‑screen interfaces, and craft smooth desktop interactions with keyboard and mouse support.

Key Responsibility:

Design and Develop Windows desktop applications using Flutter, including generating

.exe

and MSIX installers.
Collaborate with designers and developers to convert UI/UX designs into functional desktop interfaces optimized for large screens and window resizing.
Develop features that support mouse and keyboard interactions, including shortcuts and desktop navigation patterns.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Flutter/Dart code following best practices for desktop performance.
Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting with a focus on Windows OS compatibility and native integrations.
Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and Windows-specific plugins.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Flutter Desktop and Windows native development.

Qualification:

Good command on Flutter framework and Dart programming language with focus on desktop targets.
Familiarity with development tools such as Android Studio, VS Code, and Visual Studio (C++ build tools).
Strong Knowledge of REST APIs, local storage, file systems, and third-party integrations is a plus.
Understanding of Desktop UI/UX principles such as hover states, keyboard navigation, shortcuts, and non-touch interactions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
