Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend and/or frontend components for cloud-native and enterprise SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to convert business needs into functional code and maintainable solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code, while adhering to modern development standards and team conventions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, SpringBoot).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Flutter, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and version control systems.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker), cloud deployment basics (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD processes.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests, with frameworks like Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or PyTest.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and DevOps practices.

Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, including both frontend and backend exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for technology, learning, and continuous improvement.
