• Support the development and administration of our NetSuite ERP to streamline processes and implement large-scale enhancements in alignment with our organizational goals.
• Document detailed process flows and use-cases.
• Develop and maintains technical documentation
• Drive requirements gathering and scope definition with Business Users.
• Work closely with the business teams to understand functional requirements and execute through successful implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain and resolve production support tickets. Troubleshoot problems, test, and work with businesses to resolve any issues.
• Support the Finance team during the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
• Develop and maintain/change management process.
• Assist in cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements
• Proactively identify and clearly communicate updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and current status to all stakeholders
• Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects.

Requirements can vary but may include:

• 3-4 years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience and deploying innovative, simple, holistic, technology solutions to solve complex business problems and automate processes in the ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge in one or more ERP Finance modules, with a working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, and Cash Management module.
• NetSuite Certification is Preferred.
• Experience in building complex saved searches and reports.
• Develop custom workflows and support existing workflows.
• Well versed with NetSuite security roles and permissions
• Ability to write Suite Scripts and maintain existing scripts.
• Proficiency in customizing forms, pages, and API integrations
• Experience with NetSuite and Celigo integrations.
• Daily maintenance of NetSuite and monitoring support tickets.
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting teams.
• Experience writing BRD’s, Functional, Technical Specifications, and UAT scripts.
• Experience working with a distributed team across time zones.
• Excellent understanding of Finance/Accounting processes.
• Implementation experience, issue management, and resolution, and change management preferred.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supporting Occur and Open Air is considered a plus.
