Role Summary Reporting to the VP Finance (Deputy CFO), the Financial Controller will be responsible for group financial control, reporting integrity, and compliance across Eureka’s entities.
You will oversee the month-end and year-end close, consolidation under IFRS, audit coordination, and implementation of stronger controls and processes as the company scales globally.
This role requires both technical depth and hands-on leadership, partnering closely with operations, R&D, and business unit heads to ensure financial transparency and readiness for future milestones such as Series B+ fundraise and IPO preparation.
In addition, the role will involve taking on ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and new scopes of responsibility as the business continues to evolve. This may include cross-functional initiatives, process transformation, and support for strategic and operational decision-making.
