Tareas y Funciones Principales
Supervisión y Control Presupuestario: Elaboración del presupuesto anual y seguimiento mensual de desviaciones, proponiendo medidas correctoras.
Reporting y Análisis: Preparar informes financieros detallados (P&L, balance, flujo de caja) para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Planificación Financiera (Forecasting): Realizar proyecciones financieras a corto y medio plazo para garantizar la liquidez operativa.

Proveedores: Gestión de proveedores, contratos, presupuestos, realización de pedidos y compras, facturación.
Requisitos y Formación
Educación: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Economía, Contabilidad o Finanzas. Se valora positivamente un Máster en Finanzas o Controlling.
Experiencia: Preferible más de 2 años. Además se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en auditoría y suvenciones I+D.
Idiomas: Nivel de inglés medio-alto (B2), especialmente en entornos multinacionales.
Herramientas: Dominio avanzado de Excel, experiencia en el manejo de ERP (Odoo, preferiblemente) y conocimientos en herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI o Tableau).

Visión Estratégica: Capacidad para actuar como "puente" entre departamentos y asesorar a la alta dirección.
Capacidad Analítica: Resolución de problemas complejos y atención al detalle.
