Financial Analyst Responsibilities: * Deliver key monthly Operations Analysis to key leaders throughout the Manhattan organization for use in monthly Ops Review meetings with senior/executive management * Support IT & Marketing organizations with financial planning and analysis responsibilities * Coordinating month end closing & forecast process * Analyze and interpret financial/operating results; improve forecast accuracy and visibility, link financial activities to key business drivers * Identify risks and opportunities, and foster feedback loop between business & FP&A * Work closely with C-Suite & Executive level management to develop financial business cases to support proposed projects * Assist with executive level presentations, including earnings call support and presentations for the C-Suite and Board of Directors * Provide ad hoc analyses, including reporting and modeling; and drive insightful analysis of business performance * Continuously improve and partner cross-functionally with leaders throughout the business to drive efficient and effective processes, and leverage best practices * Partner with other members of the finance/accounting teams globally to complete cross-functional projects * Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes * Develop and implement actionable, repeatable analytics &reporting Qualifications and Experience * Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting * Masters degree a plus, but not required * years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and/or division finance * Work experience in the SaaS software industry a major plus * Strong attention to detail, highly organized and motivated, proactive attitude * Strong Microsoft Office Acumen and Capabilities – Excel, PowerPoint, Access + Experience in Microsoft Power BI preferred, with dashboarding and report writing (DAX) a plus * Experience with planning software preferred, such as , Workday, Oracle/Hyperion, and/or BPC * An insatiable, intellectual curiosity * Strong skillset in performing complex financial analysis and modeling preferred * Demonstrated understanding of financial statements & budgeting processes * Capable of operating well in an ambiguous environment that changes according to business needs * Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to communicate with coworkers at any level #LI-GW1 Committed to diversity and inclusion At Manhattan, it’s about more than just the work.
