You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Finance and collaborate closely with our outsourced accounting firm, as well as internal teams in Marketing, Sales, and Operations. This is an opportunity to gain meaningful ownership in a high-impact area, with room to grow as the finance function expands

Lead monthly operating expense forecasting and actualization across headcount, marketing, commissions, and other functions

Track and categorize actuals in partnership with our outsourced accounting team using QuickBooks

Analyze variance to budget and identify actionable insights for business partners

Maintain and improve core models in Excel/Google Sheets to support short- and long-term planning

Participate in monthly close by ensuring accurate categorization and reconciliations of spend

Support storytelling and board-level prep with crisp reporting and insights

Build relationships across departments to proactively gather context, pressure-test assumptions, and drive alignment
