Who you are

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably with exposure to FP&A
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS or working with sales/marketing expense planning
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with QuickBooks, Ramp, and Salesforce is a plus
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing complexity in a fast-moving environment
• Scrappy and action-oriented—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Strong communicator who can synthesize data into clear narratives for different audiences
• Collaborative and cross-functional mindset with experience supporting multiple teams

What the job involves

• Tennr is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Business Operations team and help bring structure to the chaos as we scale. You’ll be responsible for core FP&A activities, especially around operating expenses, and work cross-functionally to support smarter decision-making across the business
