About the Role:

Nuitée is looking for a Financial Analyst with 1 year of experience to support our finance team in analyzing financial data, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. You will collaborate across departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes while ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data including revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and detailed financial reports.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, budget forecasts, and periodic management reports.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators and identify variances, drivers, and trends.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to understand financial implications of business decisions.

2. Financial Modeling & Forecasting

• Build and maintain financial models to support growth strategies and decision-making.
• Assist in short- and long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, explaining variances as needed.
• Analyze market trends and assess their potential impact on the company’s performance.
• Continuously improve financial processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

3. Risk Management & Optimization

• Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial management software; experience with ERP or BI tools is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are a plus.
